Who runs this
This demo is built and operated by the candidate for the Digital Product / AI Lead role at Dr J Shamel Ltd. It is not a product of Dr J Shamel Ltd, the NHS, or the British Psychological Society. If you have questions about the demo, write to the email on the homepage.
What this app is and is not
The app is a small, unsolicited proof of concept for the Compound Leadership framework. It provides a three-prompt diagnostic and a written gap report. It is not therapy, not medical advice, and not a regulated clinical assessment. Anyone in crisis should contact Samaritans on 116 123 in the UK or their GP.
Data we collect
We capture the three free-text answers you submit, the email address you enter to receive the gap report, and basic product telemetry through Vercel Analytics. We do not run cross-site trackers, third-party advertising pixels, or session replay.
Data we retain
Answers and emails sit in a Neon Postgres database in the AWS London region for thirty days, then they are deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying counts of completions may be kept longer to improve the tool. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing the address on the homepage.
