What we collect
When you complete the three-prompt diagnostic, we store the three free-text answers, the email address you supply to receive your gap report, and a timestamp. We also capture anonymous page analytics through Vercel Analytics.
What we do with it
Your answers are sent to OpenRouter, which routes them to DeepSeek V3.2, our AI processor for scoring. OpenRouter and DeepSeek do not retain content for model training under the accounts we use. The generated gap report is stored alongside your answers in our database so we can render it in your mock inbox preview and review the quality of outputs over time.
Phase 0 does not dispatch email
This phase of the demo does not send any real email. The gap report appears inline on the results screen as a styled inbox preview. No third-party email processor is involved. Phase 1 will add a transactional email provider, and this page will be updated before that ships.
Who sees it
The candidate who built the demo can read the contents of the database for quality review. No third party receives diagnostic responses or email addresses. Emails are never shared, sold, or enrolled in any newsletter.
Retention
Diagnostic responses and email addresses are retained for thirty days in a Neon Postgres database hosted in the AWS London region, then deleted. Anonymous product analytics may be retained longer for measuring completion rates.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your record at any time by emailing the address on the homepage. We honour deletion requests within five working days. You may also ask for a copy of the data we hold on you.
